Terms & Conditions
The rules for using Bikepark app: what you get, what you pay for and what we are responsible for.
Last updated: 2026-10-07
1. Who we are
Bikepark app is made by Marcin Góralski, running a sole proprietorship, NIP (tax ID) 9131635809, REGON 525491425. Contact: support@bikeparkapp.com.
2. The product
Bikepark app is an application for compatible Garmin watches, distributed through the Garmin Connect IQ Store. It records a day in a bike park as a cycling activity and separates runs from lifts. It requires a compatible Garmin watch; the list of supported models is on our website and in the store listing.
3. Free trial
You can use the full app free of charge for a limited number of saved sessions, as stated on our website and in the store. After that, recording requires the full version. Your saved activities, history and settings remain available.
4. Buying the full version
The full version is sold through Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record and reseller. Paddle's terms apply to the payment. The price is shown on our website and at checkout, including taxes where applicable. It is a one-time payment: there is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
5. Licence
After payment you receive an unlock code by e-mail. You enter it in the app's settings in Garmin Connect. The code is tied to the watch whose ID you entered at checkout.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Bikepark app on that watch. You do not acquire any copyright in the app. You may not copy, modify, decompile, redistribute or resell the app or its unlock codes, except where the law expressly allows it.
If you change watches, contact us. We issue a licence for the new watch at a reduced price, as stated on our website.
6. Updates and compatibility
We may update the app to fix errors, improve detection or add devices, and features may change. We cannot guarantee that the app will support every future Garmin watch or firmware version. If an update breaks the app on a model we list as supported, tell us and we will work to fix it.
7. Refunds
Refunds are described in our Refund Policy: https://bikeparkapp.com/refunds/
8. Accuracy and safety
Bikepark app is not a medical device. GPS, barometer and heart-rate readings can be inaccurate, and run and lift detection is automatic and can make mistakes, especially in dense forest or enclosed lifts. Do not rely on the app for your safety. Riding in a bike park is your own responsibility: judge the conditions, the trail and your abilities yourself.
9. Liability
We are liable to consumers as required by mandatory law, and nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. To the extent the law permits, and for users who are not consumers, our liability is limited to the price you paid.
10. Garmin
Bikepark app is an independent application and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Garmin Ltd. or its subsidiaries. Garmin, Connect IQ and related marks belong to Garmin.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts there.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Changes do not affect a licence you have already bought to your disadvantage. Questions: support@bikeparkapp.com.
