Refund Policy

Try the free sessions first. If the full version still is not right for you, you get your money back.

14 days, no questions asked

If you are not happy with the full version, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you will get it. You do not have to give a reason.

How to ask

Use the link in the receipt e-mail from Paddle, or
write to support@bikeparkapp.com with the e-mail address you used and, if you have it, the order number.

Paddle is the Merchant of Record and processes the refund to your original payment method. The time until the money reaches you depends on your bank or card provider.

After a refund

A refund ends your licence for the full version. Your saved activities in Garmin Connect are not affected.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit your rights as a consumer under the law of your country, including any right of withdrawal or rights when the app does not work as described. If the app does not work on a watch we list as supported, contact us after 14 days too.
